As we all know that we have many models of the fiber laser cutting machines, and you also have many different sizes of the materials, some customer is very curious why their machine shipping fees is so high but they only order one set machine? Today we will help you know about the container size and which size machine needs what model container.
For general container like 20GP, 40GP and 40HC, their length and height have some differences, but the width is the same, the max loading width is 2.3m, which means that we can only load the machine whose width within 2.3m, like LF-3015EA, LE-3015B LF6015G with the working width 1.5m. And now in order to save shipping cost for you, we can load two sets fiber laser cutting machine LF-3015EA in 20GP, six sets fiber laser cutting machine LF-3015EA in a 40HC. But if the machine with independent control cabinet, 40HC can only load three sets.
For LF4020G single bed machine, generally needs a 40FR, because the whole machine width up to 3.5 meters, but in order to save the shipping cost for you, we have done some special design, it can be loaded in a 40HC now, if you are interested, we can send you the drawings.
For LF3015ST single bed machine with a rotary cutting, it needs a 40HC or 40GP, because the rotary length up to 7 meters.
For LF6025G single bed machine, it needs a 40FR for shipping.
For LF3015PE closed model, it can be shipped in a 40HC.
For LF3015STP closed model with rotary cutting, it needs 20GP+40HC, because the rotary needs a separate container.
For LF4020PE and LF6025PE closed model and double bed, LF4020PE needs a 40FR, LF6025PE generally needs two sets 40FR container, in order to save the shipping cost, we can also load for you by 20GP+40FR.
For LF-T tube cutting machine, because the machine length already up to 7.5m, choose 40GP or 40HC container.
