1. Before operating the CNC engraving machine, be sure to read the instruction manual in detail to confirm that you are familiar with the performance of the machine. Those who are not familiar with the machine are strictly prohibited from operating the machine.
2. Before operating the CNC engraving machine, please read and understand the warning signs, do not move or damage the warning signs installed on the machine tool, if the warning signs become blurred or removed, please replace them.
3. Before operating the CNC engraving machine, remove ties, rings, watches and other jewelry, and roll the sleeves over the elbows; do not wear loose clothes; limit long hair; it is recommended to wear non-slip shoes or non-slip floor strips.
4. The machine tool must be preheated before starting to work, and carefully check whether the lubrication system is working properly. If the machine tool has not been started for a long time, you can first supply oil and lubrication to each part manually;

When clamping the workpiece, the principle of "installation, installation, and installation must be followed", and it is strictly prohibited to engrave on the suspended material; in order to prevent the deformation of the material, the thickness of the material should be more than 2mm larger than the depth of the engraving;
9. Before installing the card tool, the debris in the card head must be cleaned up;

When installing the tool, be sure to first screw the chuck into the lock nut, and then install it on the motor shaft together, then insert the tool into the chuck, and then use the upper knife wrench to slowly lock the nut. When loading and unloading the tool , the push-pull method is disabled for the elastic nut, and the rotation method is used;
11. The length of the exposed chuck of the tool must be jointly determined according to the engraving depth and whether the workpiece and the fixture interfere, and it should be as short as possible when the above conditions are met;
12. Before machining, the starting point of X, Y and Z axes must be correctly defined. After changing the tool, the starting point of the Z axis must be redefined immediately, and the starting point of the X and Y axes cannot be changed;
13. When using the tool setter to define the tool setting point, it is strictly forbidden to rotate the spindle to prevent the tool setter from being damaged; it is strictly forbidden to inject water or oil into the tool setter, and the tool setter must be covered with a cup when not in use;
14. Before starting processing (cutting the knife), you must put your hand on the red emergency switch button, and press it immediately in case of an accident.
