4. When using woodworking CNC engraving machine, pay attention to that the thickness of the processed material cannot exceed the thickness of the cutting edge, otherwise the knife will be broken or the engraving effect will be unsatisfactory.

5. For the cutting of different materials, it is necessary to select different tools and adjust the cutting speed reasonably.

6. During the working process of the engraving machine, the high-speed rotating knives are very sharp. Pay attention to the body, clothes and hair not close to the objects in the work to prevent accidents.

7. The recommended cutting speed should be balanced, and the speed should be consistent as much as possible to achieve a very good effect. The cutting is too long to stay, and the iron must be hit while it is hot.

8. The knives should be cleaned with special cleaning agents.

9. When the knives are not in use, applying butter can prevent the knives from rusting.

10. The tool cannot be polished or changed shape by itself.

This is most suitable for engraving machines to process and cut various aluminum plates. It can ensure that the engraving machine does not stick to the knife during the high-speed cutting process of the engraving machine, and the processing efficiency is high.

6. Round-bottomed sharp knife

This carving tool is the first choice for precision small and small deep relief. It is especially suitable for fine relief processing of acrylic, hardwood, density board, aluminum, and copper; the tool consistency is good, and it is the most excellent working partner for precision carving machines and multi-head engraving machines.
