Inquire

As we all know, the correct operation and maintenance of CNC equipment can prevent abnormal wear and tear of the machine tool and avoid sudden failure of the machine tool. Careful maintenance of the machine tool can maintain the long-term stability of the machining accuracy of the machine tool and extend the service life of the machine tool. Today Leapion Laser Manager shared some maintenance methods for CNC machining equipment.

First of all, before starting work, we must be equipped with the equipment and supplies needed to operate the equipment

Commonly used supplies are: 1. Face mask or respirator

2. Goggles. We must always wear the correct PPE at work and protect our eyes.

3. Earplugs or earmuffs, pay attention to protecting our hearing.

4. Closed toe cap, long sleeves and trouser legs for foot and balance protection.

5. Don't wear too loose clothes, if you have long hair, fasten it firmly at the back.

6. Prepare a brush for removing sharp debris on the surface and hands.

Then, we have to pay attention to some basic requirements for the use of equipment

1. The CNC equipment should avoid direct sunlight and other heat radiation, and the precision CNC equipment should be far away from equipment with large vibrations, such as punching machines, forging equipment, etc.;

3. The operating temperature of CNC equipment should be controlled between 15 degrees and 35 degrees. The precision processing temperature should be controlled at about 20 degrees, and temperature fluctuations should be strictly controlled;

4. CNC equipment generally uses dedicated power supply (for example, it is divided from the low-voltage power distribution room to a single channel for use by CNC machine tools), and a voltage stabilizing device is added to reduce the impact of power supply quality and electrical interference.

5. Steps to start the device:

A. Turn on the external power supply

B. Turn on the power of the CNC itself

C. Turn on the CNC computer power switch

D. After the screen displays the font, release the emergency stop button (clockwise rotation)

E. Place the mode switch in the zero return mode

F. The distance of returning to the origin must be more than 75mm from the mechanical origin

GPress the button of each axis in the "ten" direction until the light of each axis lights up to the origin.

6. Equipment shutdown steps:

A. Move each axis to the middle position, and make sure that the spindle and axis are not in operation

B. Install an empty tool holder on the spindle to prevent debris from entering the spindle taper hole

C. Press the emergency stop switch

D. Turn off the CNC computer power

E. Turn off the power of the CNC body

F. Turn off the program and transfer the computer power

Third, the daily inspection and maintenance items of CNC equipment

1. Check the liquid level of the lubricating oil pump and the three-point combination lubricating oil tank to ensure the lubrication of the machine tool;

2. Check whether the coolant in the coolant tank is sufficient, and it is not enough to add it in time;

3. Check whether the air pressure of the three-point combination is normal. The air pressure must be around 6kg/Cm2 to ensure the safe operation of the equipment;

4. Check whether the air blowing in the cone hole in the spindle is normal, wipe the cone hole in the spindle with a clean cotton cloth, and spray light lubricating oil;

5. Check whether all signal lights and abnormal warning lights are normal;

6. Check whether there is leakage in the oil pressure unit tube;

7. After checking the machine tool, clean it up. Clean the entire machine tool table, tools and protective covers, iron filings and dust on the workpiece, and keep the environment around the machine clean.

Fourth, CNC equipment weekly inspection and maintenance items

1. Check and clean the filter on the heat exchanger;

2. Remove the chips on the cooling water tank's drain pan and tank cover, and remove the iron chips deposited in the cooling tank;

3. Check whether the tool changer arm movement of the tool magazine or the rotation of the cutter head of the tool magazine is smooth, check whether the tool pull bolt is loose and whether the tool handle is clean;

4. To clean the machine, use a neutral detergent and a soft cloth to wipe the surface of the machine;

5. Clean the impurities and moisture in the compressed gas, check the amount of oil in the oil mist separator, check whether the solenoid valves work normally, check the air tightness in the pneumatic system, because the quality of the pneumatic system directly affects the replacement Knife and lubrication system;

6. Prevent dust and dirt from entering the CNC device.

Fifth, CNC equipment monthly inspection and maintenance items

1. Check the lubrication of the shaft track, and the track surface must ensure good lubrication;

2. Check whether the sweeping guard is smooth, add lubricating oil in time, and keep the gripper and cutter lubricated;

3. Check and clean the limit switch and bumper, check whether the oil in the oil cup of the knife cylinder is enough, and it is not enough to add in time;

4. Check whether the indicator and warning nameplates on the machine are clearly present.

Sixth, the inspection and maintenance items of CNC equipment every six months

1. Disassemble the shaft anti-chip guard, clean the shaft oil pipe joint, ball guide screw, three-axis limit switch, and check whether it is normal. Check whether the effect of the hard track scraper on each axis is good;

2. Check whether the servo motors and heads of each axis are operating normally, and whether there is any abnormal sound, check and adjust the mechanical level;

3. Comprehensively check whether all contacts, connectors, sockets and switches are normal, and check whether all keys are sensitive;

4. Replace the oil of the hydraulic unit and the oil of the tool magazine deceleration mechanism;

5. Test the clearance of each shaft and adjust the compensation amount if necessary;

6. Clean the dust in the electric box (make sure the machine tool is closed);

7. Clean the cutting water tank and replace the cutting fluid.

Note: Professional maintenance or repairs should be carried out by professional engineers.
