Inquire

A laser welding machine, also identified as a laser welding machine, is a machine used for laser material manufacturing. It is classified into four types centered on how it performs: laser mold welding machines, mechanical laser welding computers, laser spot welding workstations, and optical fiber transmission laser welding machine components. Laser welding is the use of high-energy laser beams to heat the material locally in a closed environment. To perform the purpose of welding, the energy of laser radiation diffuses into the material through heat conduction, and the material is melted to form a particular molten pool.

Over the past 12 years, Leapion has been making laser welding equipment. Welding machines have been extensively used in a variety of industries in society:

Fabrication:

Laser tailor-welding technology is commonly used in the manufacture of international vehicles. According to estimates, there were more than 100 laser tailor-welding production lines for cutting blanks worldwide in 2000, with an annual capacity of 70 million tailor-welded blanks for automotive components, and the industry has continued to expand at a comparatively fast pace.

The automobile sector

As early as the 1980s, European automakers were among the first to use laser welding for sheet metal welding on roof, body, and side frames. Laser welding was first used in car manufacture in the United States in the 1990s. Despite its late launch, it has grown rapidly. Most steel plate parts in Italy are welded and assembled using laser welding. Body panels are manufactured in Japan using laser welding and cutting methods. Due to their superior performance, high-strength steel laser welding assemblies are rapidly being used in car body production. Furthermore, according to US metal industry estimates, the consumption of laser-welded steel structures would hit 70,000 tons by the end of 2002, a threefold rise from 1998.

Electronics manufacturing

Laser welding is typically used in the electronics industry, especially in microelectronics. Laser welding offers distinct advantages in the packaging of integrated circuit and semiconductor chip shells due to limited heat-affected field, rapid heating concentration, and low thermal stress. Laser welding is used in the production of vacuum appliances, such as the Molybdenum focusing electrode and stainless steel support ring, fast hot cathode filament assembly, and so on.

The main function

The laser welding unit is fully automatic, and the welding process is straightforward. The non-contact operating approach is suitable for meeting the standards of cleanliness and environmental safety. The use of a laser welding system to process the workpiece will boost efficiency.

The company's welding machines will manufacture approximately 3,000 sets a year and have been sold successfully in over 100 countries and regions. The below are the major welding system configurations:
