Common faults and solutions of NC router

  Solutions to the following common failures of CNC Router:

  1、 When the button moves, the axis only moves in one direction.

  resolvent:

  1. Check whether the optical lotus root line works normally and whether the line contacts well;

  2. Check whether the motor circuit has faulty welding.

  2、 The sending software can't be opened normally, and the carved things are deformed.

  resolvent:

  1. Reinstall the new system and software;

  2. Check whether screw rod and screw of axis X and y are loose;

  3. There is a problem with the carving tool.

  3、 Signal cannot be transmitted:

  Solution:

  1. Whether the NC router parameters and computer settings are correct.

  2. Whether the signal wire is connected correctly.

  4、 The engraving materials are in unclean condition.

  Solution:

  1. The tool is blunt, and it must be worn, so it needs to be grinded.

  2. Whether the tool setting in the software is consistent with the tool actually used.

  3. Whether to add lubricant when carving hard materials (such as metal, jade, glass, etc.).

  4. Whether the cutter bar is concentric.

  5、 The head cannot be reset to the zero position and the size of the NC router is reduced or out of bounds.

  Solution:

  1. The machine head cannot be reset to zero position or the lead screw is misplaced. It is necessary to adjust the lead screw.

  2. The travel switch is damaged.

  3. The machine head cannot be reset to the zero position and the size of the NC router is reduced or out of bounds. Maybe the "model" in the machine settings is not consistent with the actual model.

  6、 Running a knife.

  Solution:

  1. The ground wire is not installed, showing static electricity, resulting in knife running and dislocation.

  2. The printer parameters in the software are inconsistent with those of the NC router.

  7、 The knife is often broken when carving hard data.

  Solution:

  1. When carving hard data, it is necessary to set different carving parameters and use different tools according to different data.

  2 select the appropriate lubricant.

  8、 When the NC router starts to reset, it will beep or the limit switch is always good or bad.

  Solution:

  1. If the limit switch can not be reached by the top bar, just align it.

  2. The contact of the drive line is not good. Try to fix the drive line firmly.

  3. The limit switch wire is not connected properly, just connect the wire properly.

  4. The limit switch is broken, just replace it.

  9、 The NC router cannot be engraved at the origin.

  Solution:

  1. Whether the layout size of the file matches the machine.

  2. Check whether offset is set and whether layout is set correctly.

  10、 During the operation of CNC router, the spindle motor suddenly stops or slows down.

  Solution:

  1. If the working voltage is unstable or overload, add a voltage regulator.

  2. Check whether the intermediate wire is connected well and whether the wire head is desoldered.

  11、 When the NC router sets the origin, sometimes the offset interval between the forward and right is not fixed?

  Solution:

  1. When the limit switch fails, the limit switch first closes and then pops open when the system returns to the origin. Just change the limit switch.

  2. The drive line is loose. Try to fix it tightly.

  12、 When the NC router starts to reset, the position of x-axis, Y-axis and z-axis is not fixed

  Solution:

  1. The limit switch is broken (the limit switch is always closed), just replace it.

  2. The drive line is broken (the x-axis 14 pin and 15 pin are short circuited, the y-axis 13 pin and 15 pin are short circuited, and the z-axis 31 pin and 15 pin are short circuited). Replace the drive line or separate the short circuit.

  3. The drive board is broken. Replace the drive board.

  13、 CNC router can't carve at the origin

  1. Whether the layout size of the file matches the machine.

  2. Check whether offset is set and whether layout is set correctly.

  14、 During the operation of CNC router, the spindle motor suddenly stops or slows down.

  Solution:

  1. If the working voltage is unstable or overload, add a voltage regulator.

  2. Check whether the intermediate wire is connected well and whether the wire head is desoldered.

  15、 When the NC router sets the origin, sometimes the offset interval between the forward and right is not fixed?

  1. The limit switch is out of order. During the process of the system returning to the origin, the limit switch is closed and bounced open. Just change the limit switch.

  2. Loose drive line. Try to fix it tightly. When the NC router is started and reset, the position of x-axis, Y-axis and z-axis is uncertain.

  Solution:

  1. The limit switch is broken (the limit switch is always closed), just replace it.

  2. The drive line is broken (the x-axis 14 pin and 15 pin are short circuited, the y-axis 13 pin and 15 pin are short circuited, and the z-axis 31 pin and 15 pin are short circuited). Replace the drive line or separate the short circuit.

  3. The drive board is broken. Replace the drive board.

  16、 When the NC router starts to reset, it beeps or the limit switch is always good or bad

  Solution:

  1. If the limit switch can not be reached by the top bar, just align it.

  2. The contact of the drive line is not good. Try to fix the drive line firmly.

  3. The limit switch wire is not connected properly, just connect the wire properly.

  4. The limit switch is broken, just replace it.leapion
