Introduction of tube and plate laser cutting devices

Customers will consider and have several questions before purchasing a given fiber laser tube and cutting machine.

Comparing the price, the quality and the service of various suppliers is quite common.

So now we've made a quick description for clients of the plate and tube cutting unit.

There are two types of laser machines on the market for laser cutting plates and tubes.

1.Tube and plate cutting machine, 3m or 6m long metal plate and tube cutting machine,

1 The rotary scale of such devices is 160 mm and 200 mm respectively.

If the rotary tube is 160 mm in diameter, it can accommodate a maximum of 160 mm round tube,

And the square tube is 109m*109mm maximum.

If a rotary tube with a diameter of 200 mm can accommodate a maximum of 215 mm round tube,

And a full square tube of 150mm*150mm.

2 If automatic clamping is preferred by customers,

Electric clamping is then front rotary clamping (speed of clamping can be adjusted),

Pneumatic clamping of the back rotary is (speed of clamping can be adjusted)

3 Concerning weight

The overall weight of the tube cutting part is not more than 150 kg, regardless of whether it is 3 m or 6 m.

2. Laser cutting machine for plate and tube, 6m long tube cutting sections

1 The rotary scale of such machines, like 200mm and 300mm

200mm rotary diameter, it can accommodate no more than 215mm round tube maximum,

Maximum square tube of 150mm * 150mm

300mm rotary diameter, it can accommodate no more than 320mm round tube maximum,

240mm*240mm square tube limit and

2 The pneumatic clamping of all the rotaries is (speed of clamping can be adjusted)

3 Concerning weight

Regardless of 6m, the overall weight is not more than 300kg
