  The laser processing of laser pipe cutting machine is made by computer drawing and plate making. The operation is simple and convenient. In the aspect of processing graphics, it can complete the flexible processing of any figure. Moreover, it can realize large-scale, fast and accurate processing. The cutting process can complete multi-step processing at one time, and the cutting speed of pipes with several meters in one minute is higher than that of other cutting methods.

  Working principle of laser pipe cutting machine:

  1. Loading rack: before cutting, it is necessary to manually lift the whole bundle of pipes to the placing rack, then manually pack and remove them, and then place them on the automatic pipe conveying mechanism in turn.

  2. The pipes are placed on the conveying platform in turn, and the pipe conveying device can transfer one piece of pipe to the feeding mechanism one at a time according to the requirements, and automatically replenish and standby according to the pipe material.

  3. The feeding mechanism will automatically transfer the waiting area pipe to the automatic feeding mechanism according to the signal, and other pipes will automatically fill and move to the material position to ensure continuous operation.

  4. The pipe positioning and calibration system shall calibrate the position of the pipe according to the needs (the pipe materials shall not be placed beyond the outside of the feeding mechanism).

  5. The feeding structure will automatically send the pipe to the machine tool material (lifting type) shelving system (one pipe at a time) according to the signal.

  6. After receiving the signal of shelving, the feeding mechanism returns in time. Meanwhile, a rotary gripper device moves, clamps and pushes forward to B rotary table according to the signal to make perfect cutting.

  7. The material shelving system automatically rises and falls according to the distance of a rotating claw device to avoid collision;

  8. When a rotary gripper device moves forward to the middle limit position of B rotating support plate, C rotating claw device automatically runs to the right end of B rotary table to continue the perfect cutting of tailings, so as to ensure the overall cutting of pipe material, basically zero tailings.

  9. The automatic lifting material receiving system is raised to 15mm away from the pipe rotation, and the workpiece is caught when the pipe is cut off, so as to avoid the excessive gap of the cutting point or falling deformation due to the self weight of the pipe when the workpiece falls naturally.

  10. After the automatic lifting material receiving system is completed, it will automatically descend to the fixed position, at the same time, the receiving box will tilt, and the workpiece will slide naturally to the ground material collection bucket.

  11. The feeding mechanism is ready before the cutting of the previous pipe is completed, and the next pipe is ready for processing.
