Common fault 1: The laser cutting head frequently touches the workpiece

The reasons and corresponding solutions are as follows:

Reason A: The pipe diameter is set incorrectly.

Solution: accurately measure the diameter of the pipe fittings.

 

Reason B: The main parameter of "Starting Distance Pipe Fitting Management Center" is wrong.

Solution: Calibrate the parameter of the starting point distance pipe fitting management center again.

 

Reason C: The setting of "Nozzle Aspect Ratio" is very small,

Solution: Increase the main parameter of the print head's aspect ratio. Pay attention that the focus point may change when the main parameter is increased.

 

Reason D: When the non-slip power cord of the laser cutting head is damaged, ironed or wired, the shield is lost, or there is an iron pin on the top of the laser head.

Solution: Use a multimeter to measure whether the nozzle and the sound card rack are on or off, remove the iron pins, and check the wiring.

Common fault 2: The automatic laser pipe cutting machine has been cutting when it starts

The reasons and corresponding solutions are as follows:

Reason: the fixed-length switch is always on (observe whether the indicator light of the input monitoring'fixed-length switch IN6' in the'user screen' on the touch screen is always green, if it is green, it means the fixed-length switch is always on)

Solution: Check whether the fixed-length baffle is grounded, check whether the wires connected to the fixed-length baffle are broken or grounded, and check whether the dust removal rod and the fixed-length baffle are connected.

Common fault 3: When cutting, the fixed-length servo does not go back

The reasons and corresponding solutions are as follows:

Reason A: The fixed-length servo origin switch is turned on.

Solution: Check whether there is iron filings on the origin switch.

 

Reason B: The cutting length is too short.

Solution: Add an iron plate to the fixed-length baffle and keep the origin switch from turning on when cutting.

 

Reason C: The coupling is broken, or the screw is loose.

Solution: Replace the coupling and tighten the screws.

Common fault 4: The automatic laser pipe cutting machine resets abnormally

The reasons and corresponding solutions are as follows:

If the reset is abnormal after replacing the driver of the automatic laser pipe cutting machine, first check whether the parameter settings are correct. By changing the parameters of the main board, the problem of abnormal resetting of the automatic laser pipe cutting machine can generally be solved.

Common fault 5: The trolley or beam shakes when the automatic laser pipe cutting machine is turned on

The reasons and corresponding solutions are as follows:

1. After shutting down, push the trolley or beam by hand to see if there is oil resistance. If there are obstructions, please clear or tidy up and check whether the left tension wheel is tight.

2. Check whether the timing belt, bald head, blower pipe, and drag chain are jammed.

3. Check whether there is too much dust on the guide rail of the automatic laser pipe cutting machine and obstruct the trolley, clean the dust and apply lubricating oil.

4. Push the cart to observe whether there is friction or shaking. If there is, it means that the slider gap is too large, and the slider of the laser machine needs to be replaced.

5. If the beam shakes, check whether the beam has a serious deviation, and the left and right sides shall not be greater than 2MM.

6. Check whether the connecting wire between the electrode and the driver is in good contact.

7. Turn on and check which axis does the jitter appear on? Appear on the car or the beam? At this time, you can disconnect the power of one axis to detect whether the motor and drive of the other axis are faulty. Interchangeable tests to find out whether the problem is in the motor or the drive.
