How to adjust the metal laser cutting machine:
1、 Adjust the machine assembly to improve the cutting effect.
1. Guide rail installation:
When installing the guide rail, keep it parallel. When the laser equipment leaves the factory, it needs to be debugged repeatedly to ensure the cutting effect of each equipment. If the guide rail is not parallel, there will be resistance when the machine is running, and most of the cut things have serrated edges, so the guide rail of Y axis needs to be parallel.
2. The installation position of crossbeam and coupling is not good: during the installation of crossbeam and coupling of the machine, if the screw is not locked, or the lock is inclined or loose, the cutting effect of laser cutting machine will be affected.
2、 Adjust laser parameters, improve cutting speed.
In the process of cutting, we need to adjust the machine parameters step by step. In general, if the machine is not adjusted properly, the cutting speed will be affected, or the speed, or the effect. How to achieve the state of both speed and effect is that we need to debug according to the customer's materials. When leaving the factory, each parameter of the laser cutting machine is set, But in the later stage, it can be adjusted according to the needs of users. Generally, the following points should be paid attention to when setting parameters:
1. Initial speed:
As the name implies, this setting is the starting speed of the machine. First of all, the faster the initial speed is, the better. In fact, if the speed is too fast, it may make the machine shake very much at the beginning.
2. Acceleration:
Acceleration is a process of acceleration from initial speed to normal cutting when the machine is in production. Similarly, there will be a process of deceleration when preparing to finish cutting. If the acceleration is too low, the cutting speed of the machine will slow down.
3、 Laser cutting machine precision debugging method.
1. When the light point of the focus laser is adjusted to the minimum, the point shooting effect is established, and the focal length position is determined by the size of the spot effect. As long as we recognize the light point of the laser to the minimum, then this position is the suitable processing focal length, so as to start the processing work.
2. In the first part of laser cutting machine debugging, we can use some test paper, workpiece waste to determine the accuracy of focal length position by spot shooting, move the position of the height of the upper and lower laser head, and the size of laser spot will change when spot shooting. Adjust different positions for many times, find out the smallest light point position to determine the focal length and the appropriate position of the laser head. The workpiece processed by laser cutting machine has no burr, wrinkle and high precision, which is superior to plasma cutting. For many mechanical and electrical manufacturing industries, because the CNC laser cutting system can easily cut workpieces of different shapes and sizes, it is often more preferred than punching and die pressing processes; there is no need to repair the mold, but also save the time to replace the mold, so as to save processing costs and reduce the cost of products, so it is more economical in general.
