1. After the laser marking machine is used for some time, the reasons for the decrease in the laser output power of the laser are as follows.

② Total-reflection mirror and output diaphragm are fouled.
③ There is condensation on the surface of the laser rod due to temperature difference.
2. The laser output power of the laser marking machine is normal, but the laser beam can not play the role of marking.
①The adjustment of the optical path system is not accurate.
② Acoustooptic switch cannot function well.
3. Reasons why the laser marking machine cannot reach the expected marking depth.
①The laser output power does not meet the requirements.
②The switch-off power of the acoustooptic switch cannot meet the requirements.

Optical circuit adjustment method
1. Start the machine in the normal startup sequence. Note that the chiller should be turned on when the real-time temperature of the chiller is consistent with the set temperature before proceeding to the next step.
2. Remove the protective cover of the laser marking machine and be careful not to rub it. Turn off the laser and the Q switch power supply according to the normal shutdown method.
3. Use a dimming frequency multiplier or a white paper to observe the red light output and feedback at this time. The red light indicator screen should have the roundest and brightest light spot. If there are multiple red light spots, adjust the red light indicator to each adjustment nut of the extender lens in turn until the requirements are met.
4. Turn on the laser power supply, adjust the current to the range of 14~15A, preferably no more than 15A, and use the dimming frequency multiplier to observe whether the laser output is the roundest and brightest spot.
5. Place the dimming frequency multiplier behind the beam expander to observe whether there is laser output. If not, adjust each adjusting nut slowly in order until there is the brightest and roundest spot.
6. Slowly reduce the current, observe the intensity of the light spot of the dimming frequency multiplier, and adjust the adjusting nut in turn until the light spot is the roundest and brightest.
7. Repeat step 6 at least 4~6 times to get the roundest and brightest spot. After that, the current should be less than 10A, preferably no more than 12A.
8. Place the dimming frequency multiplier on the workbench. At this time, the workbench should be the focus position (approximately 22~22.5cm away). Observe the intensity of the laser spot. You can also slightly increase the current to fine-tune the adjustment nut until the light spot becomes the strongest. Note that this step is fine-tuning.
9. Turn on the Q switch and carry out trial marking. (The trial marking parameters can be normal marking parameters.) If the light intensity meets the requirements, the adjustment is completed here.
10. Install the protective cover.
Daily operation and maintenance points of the marking machine
1. For the marking parameters of the marking machine, the current cannot exceed 20A to avoid laser burns on each lens.
2. Before the marking machine works, the chiller must be turned on and wait for the real-time temperature of the chiller to be consistent with the set temperature, and the difference cannot exceed 0.5°C.
3. The circulating water of the chiller should be replaced once a week to half a month, and the replacement has nothing to do with the frequency and time of use of the marking machine.
4. The filter element of the chiller should be checked frequently and replaced regularly.
5. When cleaning the mirror surface of the marking machine, you should use more than 98% alcohol to dip a cotton swab and wipe it lightly and place it to damage the mirror coating.
6. The marking machine should be strictly prevented from bumping to avoid damage to the internal lens.
7. Special personnel should be arranged for the use and maintenance of the marking machine.
Precautions for operating the laser marking machine
1. It is strictly forbidden to start the laser power supply and Q-switched power supply under the condition of no water or abnormal water circulation;
2. No-load operation of the Q power supply is not allowed (the output terminal of the Q-switched power supply is suspended);
3. If there is an abnormal phenomenon, first turn off the galvanometer switch and the key switch, and then check again;
4. It is not allowed to start other components before the krypton lamp is ignited to prevent high voltage from entering and damaging the components;
5. Note that the output end (anode) of the laser power supply is suspended to prevent ignition and breakdown with other electrical appliances;
6. Keep the inner circulating water clean. Regularly clean the water tank and replace it with clean deionized water or pure water.
