1. The spindle and the table are not perpendicular and need to be corrected (symptoms: the depth of the cutting and closing positions is different);
2. The knife has a problem;
3. There is a problem with the control card;
4. There is a problem with the Z-axis driver or the Z-axis screw.
1. The inverter is set incorrectly;
2. The spindle does not rotate;
3. There is a problem with the spindle itself (damaged bearing).
1. Check whether the Z-axis stepper motor is operating normally, the size of the power and drive current or its own failure;
2. Check whether the Z-axis stepper motor wire is in poor contact or broken in the middle;
3. The control card is faulty.
Question 1 : When opening the software, the computer prompts "Failed to open the card, please check the card" prompt.
1. Check whether the driver of the board is installed, or change the board to a PCI slot;
2. Reinstall the two data cables and check if there is any broken needle;
3. There is a problem with the board, replace the board.
Question 2: When opening the software, it prompts: three-axis alarm, initialization error No. 4.
1. Check whether the two data lines of the computer and the machine are connected properly;
2. Check whether the fuse of the adapter board in the control box is burned out, and replace the fuse;
3. Check whether the 5V12V power supply is normally supplied.
Question 3: When the software is turned on, the axis is closed.
1. Drive problem or poor connection of computer output signal line;
2. The motor wire is in poor contact.
1. Reinstall the new system and software;
2. Check whether the X and Y axis screw rods and screws are loose;
3. The carving knife has a problem.
1. There are obstructions in the path of the trolley and the guide rail, and the obstructions need to be removed;
2. If the trolley is off the guide rail, the trolley needs to be straightened;
3. The origin coordinate setting is unreasonable, modify the origin coordinate;
4. The actual layout of the file is too large, just modify the file.
1. The power of the Z-axis motor is not enough, and the coupling is loose;
2. The current of the Z-axis drive is too small, or the signal line is connected incorrectly;
3. Check whether the Z-axis motor cable is properly inserted.
1. Check whether the path of the engraving software is correct or not;
2. Check the gap size of the screw rod and whether the fastening screw of the polished rod is loose;
3. Check whether the settings of the software parameters are correct or not;
4. Check whether the ground wire is well connected;
5. Whether the computer has a virus.
1. The light path is offset, please refer to the manual and adjust the light path;
2. The laser power supply is damaged;
3. The relevant circuit or line is damaged;
4. The laser tube is damaged or aging;
5. The ammeter is damaged.
1. The software parameter setting is incorrect, reset the parameter;
2. The machine is not connected to the computer, press the "offline" button to make the off-line light off;
3. There is a problem with the computer serial port, use another serial port;
4. The software transmission rate is inconsistent with the engraving machine baud rate setting, so reset the baud rate.
