Electric oscillating knife

Electric oscillating knife cuts through material according to the theory of ultra-frequency oscillation. It is equipped with multiple amplitude knifes for different materials, which ensures high speed, efficiency and quality. The blade is also adjustable like 45°，26°，14°for different material thickness

CNC router machine spindle

It can be used as a carving machine to process wood, acrylic, PVC, etc. One machine for many purposes. 3/4.5/6KW are avaliable

CCD camera automatic positioning system

Feature image positioning；Operation panel with multiple signals and sizes is optional。Ethernet data transmission with data security verification, while high-speed data communication, ensure the correctness of the data

Auxiliary loading system

Make it easier to place large-size plates on the machine. More convenient for workers and improve work efficiency

Vacuum table makes makes materials more secure

vacuum plenum table surface is multi-zoned which allows the operator to easily switch from full sheet processing to smaller part processing (which requires a smaller segmented area). Zones can be turned off easily via control valves on the front of the machine. Gasketing can also be routed to accommodate various material sizes and styles.
