How to use the laser cutting machine?

Preparation before laser cutting

1. Before use, check whether the power supply voltage matches the machines rated voltage to avoid unnecessary damage.

2. Check whether the exhaust pipe is placed at the air outlet to avoid obstructing air convection.

3. Check whether there are other foreign objects on the machine table.

4. The personnel who operate the equipment must be trained by the laser cutting machine manufacturer before they can work.

5. When processing materials, you must wear necessary protective equipment, such as protective glasses.

6. Before clarifying the processing material, refuse to use laser for irradiation and processing.

7. After the laser cutting machine is started, there must be full-time personnel present to prevent unauthorized leaving. If you need to leave, you should turn off the equipment.

8. There should be fire extinguishers and other equipment near the laser cutting machine processing.

9. In the process of processing, if abnormal conditions are found, the machine should be shut down immediately, and then special personnel should be found for inspection.

10. The laser cutting machine equipment after use must be cleaned in time to make sufficient preparations for the next processing.

11. Regular inspection of consumables such as laser tubes and auxiliary gases.

12. When the laser cutting machine is working, pay attention to whether every detail of the machine tool is abnormal.

Note for laser cutting machine:

1. The laser is invisible light and will cause serious damage to the eyes. It is strictly prohibited to look directly at the laser beam.

2. During the operation of the laser, it is strictly prohibited to open the hood of the laser.

3. It is strictly forbidden to operate with metal objects, which may cause electric shock.

4. It is strictly forbidden to stack flammable materials such as paper and oil in the laser cutting machine processing area.

Power-on steps: turn on the main switch → turn on the water chiller → turn on the servo controller (start button) → turn on the computer (button) () Cutting board: (return to the origin and calibrate once every time you turn on the machine and change the nozzles: CNC→BCS100→ Back to the origin → confirm; BCS100F1 calibration → 2 float head calibration. Put the nozzle close to the board surface → confirm → display superior → confirm that when changing the nozzle, use the coaxial line: stick under the nozzle with tape, and press the laser to see if the point is in a circle Center) Turn the key to the cutting board direction → open the board cutting software → turn on the gas → unscrew the laser (note that the water temperature must be 22℃-26℃ at this time to turn on the laser!) Left click on the file → click to read → select* .dxf file (to cut the graphics, it must be in dxf format) → click on the process parameters (F2) (for rusty, select die-cutting, and pre-perforation if there are many holes; when cutting thin plates, the slow start in the process can be removed, thick The board can be set to start slowly) → How thick the plate is selected (£: focal length, 02: oxygen pressure, PZ: nozzle; focal length pressure nozzle size needs to be manually adjusted according to the display on the cutting head; nozzle d represents double layer, suitable for cutting carbon Steel plate; Nozzle s represents a single layer, suitable for cutting stainless steel and galvanized sheets) → Replace the nozzle, adjust the air pressure, and adjust the focus according to the display in the lower right corner →

① When cutting a figure: click to sort (small picture priority) → hold down the left button to select the figure → click overcast or yang cut (undercuts cuts are cut from the inside of the line, not inside the line; the yang cut is from outside the line Start cutting, don’t need anything outside the line)→select the graph→lead (check whether the undercut or positive cut is correct, the lead length of the plate thickness is about 6m, and the thin plate is about 3m; the position of the lead can be set by pressing the total length of the figure)→turn on the light Valve→find a point→click to dock (the board stops at the bottom right at the bottom right, the board stops at the bottom left at the bottom left) → walk the border → the remote control starts to cut. (You can also find a point and mark it on the software → go to the border → cut, next time you directly return to the mark and go to the border, you don't need to find another point!).

②When cutting a row: select a graph→complex graphs, select the order of small graphs first (simple graphs ignore this step)→start point A→select all→array→1*10 row offset

0, column offset 0→select all→common edge→select all→explode (lower left corner)→select all overcast or positive cut→lead (thick plate lead length≥5mm, thin plate 3mm; pay attention to the lead position!!) →Look at the sorting→simulation→walking the border→start cutting.

③When cutting several rows: select a graphic to be cut→select the border to clear the lead-in and lead-out line→select all→complex graphics first sort and select small images first (simple graphics ignore this step)→select all→array→select all→co edge (Select horizontal, horizontal and vertical)→Select all to explode (only select the border when the inside is irregular graphics)→Set the lead (lead angle is 0°, complex graphics is set to 90°; when complex graphics are complex graphics, you can select the inner graphics , In the upper left corner, select similar graphics→overcast→lead)→see the order (if not the best order, you can right click to specify the starting graphic)→go border→start cutting

④ For thin plates or small parts, in order to prevent tilting and warping, micro-connection should be carried out: point inverted triangle → automatic micro-connection → thick plate: 0.5-0.2; thin plate: 1.0-1.2. or gap or bridge.

⑤When a whole sheet of banquet is ready to be cut and cannot be cut the next day to continue cutting: Pause → stop marking the coordinates, after turning on → return to the coordinates → breakpoint to continue.
