On the first day of the exhibition, the flow of visitors to the entrance exceeded expectations. Shortly after 9:00 AM, our booth was already crowded with visitors, including owners of local hardware factories, entrepreneurs engaged in handicraft production, and numerous industry distributors who came to discuss cooperation. Engineer Xiao Li, who was in charge of the equipment demonstration, barely paused. Holding a sheet of metal, he tapped the screen on the laser cutter's console. In just 30 seconds, a complex pattern was precisely formed, drawing gasps of amazement from the audience.
"What is the cutting accuracy of this machine?" "Is the ongoing maintenance cost high?" "Does on-site installation training be provided?" Our sales team patiently answered a barrage of questions from customers, presenting carefully prepared product manuals and case studies. To our surprise, many customers immediately requested a trial run, forming a long line in the makeshift experience area next to the booth. One mechanical parts processor, after experiencing the laser cutter, signed their first purchase order on the spot. On the second day of the exhibition, we held a small technical sharing session focused on the "Expanding Application Scenarios for Laser Equipment in South Asian Manufacturing." The conference room, originally intended to accommodate 50 people, ultimately packed nearly 80, with the back row even filled with people standing. When we presented a case study of a domestic automotive parts company using the same laser equipment to improve production efficiency, the Q&A session lasted a full 40 minutes, with many customers proactively leaving their contact information, hoping to discuss further technical solutions.
