In the process of using the laser cutting machine, sometimes the light suddenly disappears. Why is this? How to solve the problem that the laser cutting machine does not emit light? Don't panic when this kind of failure occurs. Leapion laser will share some solutions for the following situations where there is no light:
1. The aging of the lamp tube causes the power of the laser to decrease;
2. The small current makes the output energy of the laser beam low;
3. There is too much dust in the laser, which contaminates the diaphragm frame and causes opacity;
4. The cooling system is turned on for a long time but the laser power supply is not turned on, causing icing. At this time, turning on the laser power supply will cause no light to come out.
The reasons why the laser does not emit light are mainly divided into the above. In daily work, as long as we operate reasonably and sum up our experience, we can effectively avoid problems in the laser cutting process and complete the cutting task with quality and quantity.
1. Check whether the water alternates normally, let the water alternate normally, if the water protection is broken, you can short-circuit the water protection and use it;
2. Point preset to see if the ammeter is swinging. If it does not swing, use the meter to check whether the laser power supply has 220v power. If there is no light, the power supply may be faulty and need to be replaced;
3. You can also test the ground wire and water protection on the power supply to see if the water protection is broken, and check the output power. If the light comes out, the potentiometer is broken and needs to be replaced;
4. If the main program does not emit light, the connected card can use an electric meter to test whether there is a DC 3V or higher voltage between the 15 (H) or 16 (L) angle and the 14 angle. If there is, the card is normal and there is no possibility of the card being stuck. There is a problem with the signal;
5. There is a noise in the laser power supply, usually because the power connector does not touch, re-welding or connecting, and then blow the dust in the power supply.
1. Check whether the chiller alarms
1) If the chiller alarms, connect the water inlet and outlet at the back of the water tank with a water pipe, and power on the water tank to see if it alarms. If you call the police, the water tank is broken. If it is not alarmed, it means that the waterway of the laser tube is not unblocked. Check whether the water tube is bent or pressed by something, and whether there is any debris in the water tank (replace the pure water in the water tank)
2) The chiller does not alarm, check whether the laser power fan is rotating.
Turn the laser power supply fan, and short-circuit the 2 and 3 pins of the laser power supply with wires. Whether the laser tube emits light or not, the wire on the motion control card is loose or the motion control card is broken (replace the board). No light, the laser power supply is broken. (In rare cases, the laser tube is broken)
2. Check whether there is sparking at the high-voltage end of the laser tube. Sparking will easily burn the laser power supply and electronic components of the board. The laser power supply fan does not work. Use a multimeter to test the laser power 220V port to see if there is electricity. There is electricity, and the laser power supply is broken. (Repair or replace the power supply); no power, check the laser power switch and wiring.
1. Check whether the laser power switch of the machine is turned on;
2. Check whether the light output signal, control signal and water protection signal of the chiller are normal;
3. Check that the laser tube emits light normally; low light (purple) is abnormal, and normal is pink; the water flow of the laser tube is normal;
4. Check whether the light path is normal. Press the light to check whether the laser tube is bright. If it is bright but the laser head is not light, there is a problem in the light path;
5. Check whether the button panel lights are normal, check the mechanical operation panel, whether the power is correct, or whether the computer software parameters are correct;
6. Check whether the fan of the laser power supply rotates, and if it does not rotate, you need to change the power supply;
7. Check whether light is emitted directly from the laser power signal. If the light is emitted, the laser tube and laser power supply are normal; if it still does not emit light, it means that the laser power supply is broken, and the power supply needs to be replaced;
8. Whether the voltage is lower than 200V.
