What are the precautions for daily maintenance of laser cutting machine

1. Add lubricating oil to linear guide rail

Laser cutting machine used for a period of time, carving, cutting smoke, dust on the rail corrosion, so regular maintenance of the rail. Turn off the power of the laser cutting machine, clean the guide rail with a clean soft cloth, and then drip lubricating oil on the guide rail. After the oil is applied, let the slider roll back and forth in the guide rail to ensure that the lubricating oil enters the inside of the slider. After oil filling, let the slide block roll back and forth in the guide rail. At this time, install the guide rail first, pay attention not to fix the guide rail first, install all the fixing nails, keep the level, fix the belt and the slide block, then install the lens, and adjust the light for the X direction.

2. Wipe the focusing mirror of the reflector

After the laser cutting machine is used for a period of time, smoke and dust will adhere to the surface of the lens, affecting the carving and cutting depth, as well as the carving and cutting accuracy. Generally in a week or so (according to the use frequency of laser cutting machine | engraving machine), use anhydrous alcohol to wipe three mirrors and one focusing mirror carefully.

3. Oil the bearing

A large number of bearings are used in laser cutting machine. In order to ensure good cutting and carving effect, some bearings need to be refueled regularly (except for oil bearing). Use clean soft cloth to wipe off the floating soil on the bearing, use needle tube to suck the oil into needle tube, then use needle to slowly inject the bearing, and slowly rotate the bearing when injecting oil

4. Belt (drive belt) tension adjustment

There are several synchronous belts in the drive system of laser cutting machine. If the synchronous belt is too loose, the engraved font will appear ghosting. If the synchronous belt is too tight, the synchronous belt will be worn. After using for a period of time, please adjust the tensioning screw of the synchronous belt, adjust the synchronous belt to a proper tightness, and the engraving text does not appear ghosting, and the operation noise of the laser cutting machine and laser cutting machine is very low, or consult the technical personnel of the manufacturer.

5. Laser tube maintenance

The laser tube in the laser cutting machine is cooled by circulating water. If it is used for a long time, there will be some white scale in the tube. We can add a small amount of vinegar into the circulating water to remove the ditch in the tube, and then use clean water to clean the inner circulation of the laser tube, so that the laser tube will be in a good working state and its service life will be prolonged.
