We all know the fiber laser is primarily used for metal materials. But we still need to mark non-metal components such as rubber, glass, wood ect. Then which laser are we supposed to choose?

It's a CO2 laser beyond doubt. Co2 laser labeling technology is commonly used in non-metallic materials. So if you use it to label non-metal objects, the CO2 laser would be a safer option.

Applicable fabrics and automotive applications;

The CO2 laser marking unit is capable of engraving a range of non-metallic materials.

Used in clothing accessories, cosmetic containers, architectural ceramics, beer packaging, fabric cutting, rubber products, nameplates, handmade gifts, electrical components, leather, bamboo and wood products, mark paper and other sectors.

Typical applications such as laser labeling of packaging bottles, printing of paper and printing of metal detonator casings.

Manual Manual

Check the water circuit and circuit until you turn it on. The boot sequence is: first, turn on the incoming power and turn on the main switch. At this time, the exhaust machine and the cooling mechanism are energizing, and the ammeter has a value of around 7A; Second, wait 5 to 10 seconds, push the trigger button on the external control panel, the current meter is empty, after 3 to 5 seconds, the xenon lamp is switched on, and the ammeter is set to 7A. (Refer to the working instructions for the laser power supply);

Third, switching on the power source of the galvanometer; Fourth, turn the screen on and call the appropriate file for marking; Fifth, change the laser power to the working current (10 ~ 18A) so you can start marking;
