The function of the focusing lens is to focus the original beam emitted by the laser to form a spot with high energy density, so that the energy of the laser beam can be used for cutting.

The focusing tracking system of fiber laser cutting machine is composed of focusing cutting head and tracking sensor system. The laser cutting head automatically detects the change when the shape of the workpiece changes and the surface has uneven obstacles, and automatically adjusts the height according to the change, so that it always keeps the same distance from the surface of the workpiece.

According to the different sensing elements, the tracking system is mainly divided into a capacitive sensor tracking system, also known as non-contact tracking system, and an inductive sensor tracking system, also known as contact tracking system.

Like lasers, the cutting heads of fiber laser cutting machines initially depended on imports. In recent years, China's laser technology has matured and domestic spare parts have begun to enter the market. Many laser cutting machine manufacturers have successively launched self-developed laser cutting heads.

In terms of performance, domestic cutting heads are not much different from imported ones, but the price can be reduced by about half. In addition, the laser cutting machine manufacturers' research and development of cutting heads are also based on their own machines, so matching with the machine will be relatively better, and ultimately benefit the buyers.
