First, adjust the machine assembly to improve the machine cutting effect.

1, rail installation:

When installing the guide rails, it must be parallel. When the laser equipment is shipped from the factory, it needs to be repeatedly debugged to ensure the cutting effect of each device. If the guide rails are not parallel, the machine will have resistance when it runs, and the cut things will have sawtooth trimming, so the guide rails of the Y-axis must be parallel.

2, beam, coupling installation position is not good: the beam and coupling of the machine in the installation process, if the silk is not locked, or the lock is a diagonal or loose, it will affect the cutting effect of the laser cutting machine .

Second, debug the parameters of the laser machine to improve the cutting speed of the machine.

Machine parameter setting, the machine parameters need to be adjusted step by step during the cutting process. Under normal circumstances, if the machine is not adjusted well, the cutting speed will be affected to some extent, or the speed, or effect, how to achieve the state of speed and effect. We need to debug according to the customer's materials. Every parameter of the laser cutting machine is set at the factory, but it can be adjusted by the user's needs later. Pay attention to the following points when setting parameters generally:

1, the initial speed:

As the name suggests, this setting is the speed at which the machine starts. First of all, the initial speed is not as fast as possible. In fact, if the speed is too fast, it may cause the machine to shake very sharply at the beginning.

2. Acceleration:

Acceleration is an acceleration process when the machine is in production from the initial speed to the normal cutting. Similarly, there is a deceleration process when it is ready to end the cutting. If the acceleration is too low, the cutting speed of the machine will change. slow.

Third, the laser cutting machine precision debugging method.

1. When the spot of the focus laser is adjusted to the minimum, the initial effect is established by spotting, and the focal length is determined by the size of the spot effect. We only need to look for the spot of the laser to the minimum, then this position is the best. The focal length is processed to start the machining work.

2, in the front part of the laser cutting machine debugging, we can use some debugging paper, workpiece scrap to point to determine the accuracy of the focal length position, move the position of the upper and lower laser head height, the laser spot size will have different size changes when shooting. Adjust the position multiple times to find the smallest spot position to determine the focal length and the optimal position of the laser head. The workpiece processed by the laser cutting machine has no burrs, wrinkles and high precision, and is superior to plasma cutting. For many electromechanical manufacturing industries, CNC laser cutting systems are more convenient than die cutting and molding processes because they can easily cut workpieces of different shapes and sizes.
